My Name is Lauren, people call me Coach!
Besides being called mum, "Coach" is my favorite title. I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of people over the years. From a high school athletic coach, training littles, guiding adults and mentoring teens, we cover bases in key areas of existence: sports, academics, personal wellness, and spirituality. I coach LIFE! My experiences are my gifts, sharing that is my passion. Level Up with me in a Positive Progressive way!

If I tell you how many ups and downs I have had you wouldn't believe it. From an overweight bullied kid to the class Con Artist/Senior Class president, life was full of peaks and valleys. The townie bartender who doubles as a high school teacher/coach role can give a person plenty of perspective. As does the role of mom/wife and massage business owner juggle master extraordinaire! The fierce female who is navigating the ever changing world of womanhood is one of my favorite characters to play. The lessons, the growth, the opportunity for change have all shaped the person I am today and I can't wait to see what the next chapter brings!
